What is the return policy?
Rallylighting offers a 30-day free return service for all eligible products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Return Conditions
The returned product must be in its original packaging, unopened, and unused.
Returns must be requested within 30 days from the purchase date.
The item should have no missing parts.
Customized items are not eligible for return.
2. Manufacturer Defects or Shipping Damage
If your item has a manufacturer defect or was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
You will need to provide photos and videos of the defect or damage for verification.
For verified defects or shipping damage, we offer a 100% refund or replacement.
3. Returns for Change of Mind or Size
If you simply change your mind or want a different size, you can still return the item.
You will be responsible for both return shipping costs:
Shipping costs from our factory to your address.
Return shipping costs to our warehouse.
4. Return Process
Please contact our customer service with your order number and reason for return.
We will guide you through the return process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will process the refund.
5. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
The refund process typically takes 5-10 business days, but may vary depending on the payment platform.
6. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order for free within 24 hours of placing it.
If you cancel after 24 hours, a 30% cancellation fee and material costs will apply.
If the product is already in production, or the order is ready for shipment, you will need to pay for all material costs. Please contact customer service for specific amounts.
If you cancel after the item has been shipped, a 50% fee will be charged. You can initiate the return process after receiving the fixtures.
7. Non-returnable Fixtures
Please note that all large fixtures in the store are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
